yeah, thats the problem with the sims games, each new expansion pack requires a new peice of hardware.

yeah, but is it worth it?
to be honest, Sims 2 will run sweet on most common PC's today, its just depends on how much stuff you have in your home, the more stuff, the more it has to render.

I find the more moving around you do (like downtown and other community lots) it slows down the game more.

I have to say, these new EP's that are coming out are getting better and better, seem to be adding more to the enviroment aswell as content which is cool, Seasons shows off Rain, Snow and high heat!
Seasons is a good EP, and I am liking it already, I will write a more indepth bit about it later.
